El fragmento no se está reemplazando en el cambio de paisaje y retrato.

Quiero cambiar el diseño del fragmento cuando el cambio de configuración usando el fragmento. Pero el fragmento se superpone en el diseño de la actividad, así que ayúdeme a esto cómo resolver esto ... y este archivo de clase .........

Estás declarando los fragmentos en el XML y lo programáticamente en la actividad también.Necesitas simplemente elegir una opción.

Por ejemplo, cree dos archivos de diseño diferentes uno para retrato y otro para horizontal y declare los fragmentos allí, no tendrá que hacer nada especial en la actividad.
