Dynamics CRM erro: “O objeto não pode ser atualizado porque ele é somente leitura”

Eu tenho uma instância de Dynamics CRM 4.0 com alguns erros estranhos. Se eu fechar um caso e, em seguida, tentar reativá-lo eu recebo o erro " O objeto não pode ser atualizado porque ele é somente leitura ". Tente desativar o seu onload e código OnSave para ver se isso está causando problemas. Para rapidamente e desativar temporariamente os eventos, abrir a caixa de diálogo onde você cole no seu onload código / OnSave e desmarque a opção 'Evento está habilitado'. Em seguida, salve o formulário e publicar a entidade. Será que o erro ainda ocorre?
