Apache2 mod_deflate nicht funktioniert

Google Page Speed ??und YSlow sagt, dass die Kompression nicht aktiviert ist.

Hier ist meine config:

Habe ich etwas verpasst?

mod_deflate aktiviert ist, und der Header sagt:

Accept-Encoding gzip,deflate

und die tatsächlichen Protokoll sieht wie folgt aus:

PS. Ich betreiben Rails mit mod-Passagiere

Leider mein schlecht. Ich bin hinter einem Proxy-Server im Büro, so durch die Zeit des Computer trifft, die Anfrage bereits ausgepackt ist.
